Jennifer holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Cleary University. Her professional experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of small business lending—from financial analysis and portfolio management to program development and the relationships that connect entrepreneurs with financial institutions and community resources.

One of Jennifer's notable accomplishments was the design and launch of the Endurance Loan Program at Michigan Women Forward. The program created an innovative financing solution designed to address critical capital gaps for small businesses while strengthening the organization's lending portfolio.

Jennifer's commitment to economic opportunity extends into community service. Since 2021, she has served as a Grant Committee Member for the City of Jackson Martin Luther King Corridor Improvement Authority, helping evaluate funding opportunities that support community revitalization and economic growth.
